StormCon 2010 Presentation Length
All presentations are 30 minutes long, including a question and answer period.
Speaker Ready Room (Level 3)
We will be providing a Speaker Ready Room to presenters. This room is set aside for the benefit of our StormCon presenters. Speakers may come by the Speaker Ready Room to test your presentation or to make some last minute tweaks to enhance your presentation. Poster boards to stage your session and other items will be available to help you achieve success.
The Speaker Ready Room hours are as follows
Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Speakers
- All speakers must bring their own laptops.
- An audio/visual technician and/or moderator will be available during your actual session to assist you in setting up your laptop with the data projector and to answer any questions.
- Please note that StormCon does not cover presenters’ travel expenses or accommodations.

Speaker badges will be available for pick up at the StormCon registration desk Monday August 1-5, 2010. Speakers badges include access to the exhibit hall, lunch and special events. Speaker badges DO NOT include access to additional conference sessions or dates beyond your scheduled presentation. Be sure to take advantage of your conference discount and early bird registration.
